Mirror Pricing

One Mirror = one participant's completed reflection process.

A Mirror gathers perspectives from the participant's stakeholders, synthesizes them into one collective reflection, brings the stakeholders together to agree on that reflection, and identifies priorities to guide the participant's development.

Mirror is offered through one-year engagements. Each participant uses one Mirror. Choose either a Facilitator-Administered engagement, in which an authorized facilitator runs the process, or an IntelliVen-Led engagement, in which IntelliVen facilitates each reflection.

Facilitator-Administered

An authorized facilitator runs the Mirror process. The facilitator may be an outside professional or someone inside the organization, such as an HR leader or chief of staff. IntelliVen provides the Mirror platform, materials, and technical and operating support.

An outside facilitator contracts and bills separately for their professional services. IntelliVen's engagement and Mirror fees may be billed to either the client organization or the facilitator. Payment is due before the engagement is activated.

IntelliVen-Led

IntelliVen facilitates each participant's reflection from start to finish, including preparation of the Development Leader, synthesis, the stakeholder agreement session, and the development conversation.

Engagement Terms

  • Each engagement runs for twelve months from its start date.
  • Mirrors may be used at any time during the engagement. Unused Mirrors expire at the end of the engagement and do not carry forward.
  • A Mirror is counted when its synthesis is first run. Adding stakeholder input, changing which responses are used, or rerunning the synthesis does not use another Mirror.
  • Teams, divisions, and cohorts within the same organization draw from the organization's Mirrors. Separate client organizations require separate engagements.
  • Access to Mirror ends with the engagement unless an extension is arranged.

Larger Engagements

Annual program licenses, own-instance deployments, multi-year engagements, and other larger commitments are arranged directly with IntelliVen.
